January 2, 2009 - Lake Ride: Meet at Eagle Point shop before 10am. Bring your own snack and beverage for fire pit stop. It will be a lake Ride, possibly too long for young riders. Contact Lolita for more information.

The next Club Meeting will be held at the Restaurant at Eagle Point Resort at 7pm Friday January 8, 2009. Come out and bring your friends.

Hi Jodes. That might be a good night to download some fresh pictures onto the website as well. Could you bring some of yours and video too? Also, this request goes to anybody who would like to have a picture on our website.
ReplyDeleteThe ride will begin at Patterson park at 6pm. We plan to at least go around marker 6, but will do more as visibility and weather permits. We will all reconvene at Shel's place for byob and munchies. We look forward to seeing you there ladies.

This ladies ride was shorter than the last because it was after work on a Friday night with no moon. It stayed light for much of it though giving us a nice contrast of deep blue sky against the brilliant white of our winter wonderland.
ReplyDeleteOnce again though, it was nice to get out with the ladies. The social aspect of our ladies rides is what really makes it fun. I really enjoyed it. We started out with 3 and wound up with 6 including one gal who doesn't actually ride, but is a big supporter of the club. I thoroughly enjoyed the new faces who joined our group. Thanks ladies for another evening of fun and laughter.
